Question 1

How does Rookspan vet talent for our specific role?

Accepted Answer

Rookspan screens for the work itself: communication, judgment, relevant tools, and the pace your role demands. We use your responsibilities and success criteria to evaluate fit, so you meet candidates who have been considered for the work you actually need done.

Question 2

How does the placement process work?

Accepted Answer

You start by sharing the role, schedule, tools, and outcomes you need. Rookspan uses that brief to identify and qualify a short list, then helps you choose the strongest fit. We confirm responsibilities, schedule, communication expectations, and the next steps before work begins.

Question 3

What happens after I qualify?

Accepted Answer

After you share the role, budget, timeline, and contact details, Rookspan reviews the brief and coordinates a 15-minute fit call through the existing follow-up channel. The conversation is a chance to clarify the work and discuss the next role-matched step.

Question 4

What does “full-time” mean?

Accepted Answer

Full-time means a dedicated person working the schedule and role expectations agreed with your business—not an occasional or shared resource. The exact hours, responsibilities, availability, and communication rhythm are confirmed before the placement starts.

Question 5

How does onboarding work after we choose someone?

Accepted Answer

Your team provides the role context, systems access, priorities, and definition of a good first week. Rookspan helps make the handoff clear so the new team member can ramp into the work with the right expectations, tools, and communication rhythm from day one.

Question 6

What happens if performance needs attention?

Accepted Answer

Bring performance questions to Rookspan early. We stay involved with ongoing oversight and support so expectations can be clarified, feedback can be addressed, and the role can be adjusted as your business changes. The goal is a productive working relationship, not a set-it-and-forget-it handoff.

Question 7

What happens if the placement is not the right fit?

Accepted Answer

Rookspan offers a replacement guarantee and a rapid replacement path when a placement is not the right fit. Tell the team what is not working, and we will help assess the situation and work toward the next fit. Exact terms and next steps depend on the agreed scope and engagement.

Question 8

How does working with talent in the Philippines and Latin America work?

Accepted Answer

Rookspan connects US businesses with vetted talent in the Philippines and Latin America for dedicated remote roles. We discuss time-zone overlap, working hours, communication, and the role’s operating rhythm up front, then match the schedule to your actual needs rather than assuming one model fits every business.

Question 9

Who owns the work, product, and accounts involved?

Accepted Answer

Your business should retain control of its product, systems, and accounts. The signed agreement controls exact ownership, access, confidentiality, and deliverable terms, and those details should be clear before the placement starts.
